Boo at the Zoo

We went to Boise's 'Boo at the Zoo' today. This was C.J. before we left...I swear, neither of us put him up to it. He just wanted to be like Daddy. He nailed it.

Same Halloween costume from last year you ask? Why yes, as a matter of fact, this is one of many advantages of having a munchkin for a child. Just over a month away from his second birthday and his 12-month-old clothes still fit him.

It's so hard to get a good picture of him when there is so much around him that is far more interesting than me!

Brand new baby monkeys

"Hey, is she supposed to be eating a pumpkin?"

"As you can see, Daddy, the tiny leaves float much easier than the bigger animals so I think it would be okay if you threw me in."

Me trying to refrain C.J. from jumping in with the prairie dogs.

We realized today that we have taken C.J. to three different zoos in three different states that we've lived in within just the past year. I think we'll stick around here in Idaho for a bit...at least longer than anywhere else we have lived. That's not saying much...

All tuckered out~

Fire Department Open House

It had been overcast for quite a while. He missed the moon and was ecstatic to see it again.

Riding on top of the fire truck (hence the blurry mess)

Quey's Maze

We have officially moved to the middle of nowhere. It's delightful and refreshing in many ways, obnoxious in others. One of the benefits of living in the middle of nowhere is Quey's Maze in October. (www.queysmaze.com - One of the few businesses that have a website up here. I wish I were joking.)

I really have to get out of the habit of telling him to smile...

Again with the "Smile!"
