Redneck Mud Run

Cheryl and Chris ran the Redneck Mud Run while Lou-Lou watched all three boys: Carson (LOVED the mud - couldn't get enough of it), Cash (DESPISED the mud...we adore our little compulsively clean cutie) and C.J. (Didn't like the mud at first, but warmed up to it- just wanted to be held the entire time). So as you can see, it was a bit complex but loads of fun!

Cash wondering why anyone on earth would willingly subject themselves to such a thing.

 

I was pretty bummed I didn't get to take any pictures of Chris going down the final slide going into the big muddy pool - we had just had a traumatic incident involving Cash's whole leg falling into a mud puddle. He was an emotional wreck.

 

They had a fun obstacle course for the kids, but we had to wait until Chris finished so someone could stay with Cash...for obvious reasons.

"Way to go, Mommy!"
